1. Digital Products (Starter Pack, Scripts, Kits)
- All digital product sales are final.
- Since these are instant-access, downloadable items, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Memberships (Quarterly & Yearly)
- Membership payments (Quarterly and Yearly) are non-refundable once billed.
- Memberships auto-renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
- You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges, but we do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time.
3. Yearly Membership “Best Value” Plan
- The Yearly Membership includes exclusive bonuses and resources.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge this plan is non-refundable and billed upfront.
- You may cancel before renewal, but refunds will not be granted for unused portions.
4. Merchandise (Physical Products)
- For physical products (e.g., mugs, apparel, journals):
- Refunds are only provided if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
- Exchanges are available if stock permits; otherwise, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for items due to change of mind, wrong size, or wear-and-tear.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, review refund requests outside of the above terms in rare circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed.
